目的探索房颤患者围术期抗凝治疗新方案。方法临床药师通过参与1例对肝素禁忌的房颤患者围术期抗凝治疗的药学监护,验证磺达肝癸钠在该类患者中应用的安全性和有效性。结果该患者顺利出院,住院及随访期间均未出现血栓及出血相关症状。结论磺达肝癸钠或可成为房颤患者围术期桥接抗凝的备选药之一;临床药师应发挥自身优势,协助医师探索临床治疗新方案。
