目的分析上海市静安区三家医疗机构老年患者抗高血压药的应用情况及变化趋势。方法统计分析三家医疗机构2006-2008年老年人抗高血压药用药品种、用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)和日均费用(DDC)。结果三家医疗机构老年人抗高血压药用药金额和DDDs均呈上升趋势。其中钙通道阻滞剂应用最广,其次是血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂和血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂。结论三家医疗机构老年人抗高血压药应用基本合理,钙通道阻滞剂、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂应用前景广阔。

AIM To analyze and evaluate the current situation and the development trend of the use of antihypertensives for the aged in three medical institutions of Shanghai Jing' an district.METHODS Statistics and analysis of the use of antihypertensives in the three medical institutions during 2006 - 2008 were made in terms of drug varieties,consumption sum,frequency of use defined daily doses(DDDs) and the daily drug cost(DDC),etc.RESULTS Both consumption sum and DDDs of antihypertensives in the three medical institutions increased year by year.In the first place was calcium-channel blockers,followed by angiotensinⅡreceptor antagonist and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors. CONCLUSION On the whole,the use of antihypertensives for the aged in the three medical institutions is rational,and the use of calcium-channel blockeis and angiotensinⅡreceptor antagonist has broad prospects.
