目的 评价导师制融入医学人文教育在药学类专业本科生医院实习教学中的应用效果,为提升实习生实践教学质量提供参考。方法 将我院药剂科实习生分为轮转制组(采用轮转制培养模式)和导师制组(采用导师制融入医学人文教育培养模式)。采集实习生、导师的基本信息;记录实习生理论、技能考核分数及教师评分;采集实习生对教学、教师的反馈与意见。结果 临床药学专业实习生偏向于轮转制带教模式;药学、中药学实习生则偏向于导师制带教模式。实习生寻求导师指导与帮助的主要内容为“专业知识和技能的指导”“工作中遇到的问题和困难的指导”。导师制组实习生理论考核、技能考核及人文综合素质自评成绩高于轮转制组实习生(P<0.05)。教师对导师制组实习生在沟通中确认问题能力、循证思维能力和总评分高于轮转制组实习生(P<0.05)。与轮转制组相比,导师制组实习生在药学科研、人文素养和医德医风授课方面表示收获更多,满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论 导师制融入医学人文教育培养模式对药学类专业本科生实习有积极意义,可与轮转制培养模式互相学习、融合,取长补短,共同改良,以获得更好的教学效果。
Abstract:AIM To evaluate the effect of tutorial systems combined with medical humanities education of pharmacyundergraduates in hospitals to improve the quality of practice teaching for interns. METHODS The pharmacy interns inour hospital were divided into 2 groups: the rotation group(rotation training) and the tutorial group(the tutorial system +medical humanistic education training). Basic information about interns and tutors was collected, and their performancescores, feedback, and evaluations were systematically documented. RESULTS The interns of clinical pharmacy tended tochoose the rotating teaching mode. The interns of pharmacy and Chinese pharmacy tended to choose the tutorial teachingmode. The main need of the students was the guidance on professional skills and difficulties in work. The self-assessmentof tutorial group interns in theory, technical ability and humanities quality were higher than those in the rotation group(P < 0.05). The teachers' evaluation on the ability to identify problems, evidence-based thinking and the total score ofinterns in the tutorial group were higher than those in the rotation group(P < 0.05). Compared with the rotating group, thetrainees under the tutorial system had more gains in pharmaceutical scientific research, humanistic quality, and medicalethics training. And their satisfaction was higher(P < 0.05). CONCLUSION The integration of the tutorial systemwith medical humanistic education significantly enhances pharmacy undergraduates' internship experiences. Effectivecommunication between the tutorial and rotating systems yields positive teaching outcomes.
