报道1例乌帕替尼治疗溃疡性结肠炎致发热的病例。患者，男性，48岁，因拟调整溃疡性结肠炎治疗方案于2024年4月1日收治入院。入院后行相关检查和评估，医师建议调整为乌帕替尼缓释片口服治疗。患者初次服用乌帕替尼缓释片后当晚出现发热，停药后发热症状消失。临床药师结合该患者的临床特点，查阅国内外文献，考虑乌帕替尼导致发热的可能性大，建议将乌帕替尼缓释片减量服用。后续患者未再出现发热。
