目的以24 h动态血压监测评价复方替米沙坦治疗轻中度原发性高血压患者的疗效。方法选择28例轻中度高血压患者,予以复方替米沙坦1²片(每片含替米沙坦40 mg,氢氯噻嗪12.5 mg),po,qd,治疗8 wk,分别于治疗前后行24 h动态血压监测并计算其谷峰比值、平滑指数后进行比较分析。结果治疗8 wk后24 h平均收缩压、舒张压,日间平均收缩压、舒张压,夜间平均收缩压、舒张压与治疗前比较均有显著性降低(P<0.01),收缩压、舒张压负荷也有显著降低(P<0.01)。收缩压谷峰比值为62.4%,舒张压谷峰比值为65.6%,收缩压平滑指数为1.08±0.36,舒张压平滑指数为1.13±0.22。结论复方替米沙坦具有良好的降压效果及满意的谷峰比值、平滑指数,临床使用安全。

AIM To evaluate the antihypertensive effects of telmisartan/ hydrochlorothiazide(HCTZ) combination in patients with mild-to-moderate essential hypertension by 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring.METHODS Twenty-eight patients with mild-to-moderate essential hypertension were treated with a fixed dose combination of telmisartan 40 mg and HCTZ 12.5 mg,1-2 tablets,once daily for 8 wk.24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM) was performed before and after treatment,the trough:peak ratio and smoothness index were calculated.RESULTS The mean systolic blood pressure(SBP) and diastolic blood pressure(DBP) in 24 h,day time and night time all had a significant reduction(P<0.01).The blood pressure loads of SBP and DBP were decreased significantly also(P<0.01).The trough:peak ratio of SBP was 62.4%,DBP was 65.6%,the smoothness index of SBP was 1.08±0.36,DBP was 1.13±0.22.CONCLUSION The compound telmisartan tablet is an effective and safe antihypertensive drug with satisfactory trough:peak ratio and smoothness index.
