目的观察精蛋白生物合成人胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗对单纯口服降糖药疗效差的2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法将64例对单纯口服降糖药疗效差的2型糖尿病患者随机分为2组,每组32例。治疗组给予精蛋白生物合成人胰岛素和格列美脲,对照组给予双时相低精蛋白锌胰岛素,疗程均为12周。观察2组治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPPG)、糖化血红蛋白C(Hb_AlC)的变化。结果治疗前2组FPG、2hPPG、Hb_Alc比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组FPG、2hPPG、Hb_AlC与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而组间比较,2组PPG、Hb_AlC之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组发生低血糖的比例(1/32)低于对照组(4/32),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精蛋白生物合成人胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗对单纯口服降糖药疗效差的2型糖尿病患者,疗效优于使用双时相低精蛋白锌胰岛素者,且低血糖发生率低。

AIM To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Novolin N combined with glimepiride tablets in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes of simple oral hypoglycemic medication with poor effect.METHODS Sixtyfour patients with type 2 diabetes of simple oral hypoglycemic medication with poor effect were randomly divided into 2 groups:the treatment group was given Novolin N and glimepiride tablets,and the control group was given Novolin 30R. After 12 weeks,the levels of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hours postprandial glucose(2hPPG),glycosylated hemoglobin AIc(Hb_A1C)were determined.RESULTS FPG,2hPPG and Hb_A1Csignificantly decreased in 2 groups(P< 0.05).Hb_Alcand 2hPPG did not significantly decrease before treatment,but they significantly decreased after 12 weeks' treatment(P<0.05).Novolin N combined with glimepiride tablets group significantly decreased in frequency of hypoglycemia than Novolin 30R group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Novolin N combined with glimepiride tablets in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes of simple oral hypoglycemic medication with poor effect are safe and effective,which shows the superior efficacy,with less frequency of hypoglycemia.
