目的利用医院内网络实现药品追踪、溯源,切实保障药品质量,推广手持机在药品管理中的运用,逐步实现住院药房药品管理的数字化。方法概述条形码技术及手持机设备在药品验收、效期管理、公药管理中的作用和流程。结果通过成本控制、人员培训、手持机设备信息对接三方面的优化,手持机在实际工作中显示了移动数字化的优越性。手持机结合计算机强大的数据分析功能,不仅可以避免药品积压、人力的浪费,保障药品质量,更能推动药房服务向精细化转变。结论手持机是基于医院信息系统(HIS)服务平台的数字化新模式,也是实现药品安全供应的无纸化对接,提升了工作效率,保障患者用药安全的有效途径。

AIM To realize drug tracking,traceability via hospital network,ensure drug quality,and promote mobile handsets in the management of drug use,gradually achieving digital hospital pharmacy drug management.METHODS The functions of the drug bar code and hand-held devices in drug acceptance,effective management and medicine management were summarized.RESULTS After the optimization of three aspects of cost control,personnel training and personal digital assistant(PDA) information link,it showed great advantages of mobile handsets in daily work.In combination with the computer powerful data analysis function,it could not only avoid the backlog of drugs,decrease human waste and ensure drug quality,but promote the pharmacy services to further fine.CONCLUSION Mobile handsets PDA is a new digital mode based on the hospital information system(HIS) service platform,and it also realizes the paperless link of drug safety supply,improves the working efficiency,and ensured patients medication safety.
