目的分析本院呼吸内科住院患者抗菌药物使用情况,为抗菌药物的合理使用提供参考。方法抽查呼吸内科2013年8月至2014年7月住院患者病历1 173份,对抗菌药物应用和标本送检情况进行统计与分析。结果呼吸内科抗菌药物使用率为98.0%;使用频度以左氧氟沙星最高,为7 616.0;限制级与特殊级抗菌药物使用率分别为89.8%和4.0%,相应临床标本送检率分别为47.9%和100%,微生物阳性检出率为40.1%;抗菌药物联合使用率为41.2%。结论呼吸内科抗菌药物使用还存在一定问题,需加强规范抗菌药物的应用,促进抗菌药物合理使用。

AIM To promote rational use of antimicrobial drugs by investigating the usage of antimicrobial drugs in inpatients of respiratory department in our hospital. METHODS A total of 1 173 cases of respiratory department between August 2013 and July 2014 were statistically analysed about the use of antimicrobial drugs. RESULTS The usage rate of antimicrobial drugs in respiratory department was 98. 0%; the using frequency at the highest of levofloxacin was 7 616. 0; the usage rate of restricted and particular grade antimicrobial drugs was 89.8% and 4. 0%,respectively. Corresponding inspection rates of clinical specimens were 47. 9% and 100%,respectively. The rate of positive detection was 40. 1%. The combined usage rate of antimicrobial drugs was 41. 2%.CONCLUSION There are some problems in our respiratory department in the use of antimicrobial drugs,it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of use of antimicrobial drugs to promote the rational use.
