报道1例重症急性胰腺炎复杂感染的病例。患者为84岁女性，因“腹痛2 d”入院治疗。住院期间感染加重，临床药师根据患者的既往病史、入院以来抗感染疗效、微生物培养结果、感染部位及严重程度，推测其主要致病菌及耐药情况，结合药物特点，调整感染方案，建议在替加环素基础上联用氨苄西林舒巴坦用于治疗腹腔、肺部及血流多器官复杂感染。经14 d治疗，患者感染得到控制，体现了临床药师在临床治疗团队中的意义和价值。
