本文用毛细管气相色谱法(GC-ECD)测定了血清中硝苯地平浓度。并对9名受试者服20mg硝苯地平舌下片和国产普通片的药物动力学进行了比较研究。舌下片、普通片主要动力学参数为:ka=7.55、2.08-1、ke=0.31、0.21h-1;V/F=0.16、0.29ml/mg;Tpeak=1.68、2.27h;Cmax=100.05、58.08ng/ml。结果舌下片吸收快、峰浓度高、起效时间明显提前。
Abstract：Serum nifedipine concentrations were determined by GC-ECD. The pharmacokinetic comparison was made between orel nifedipine sublingual and conventional tablet at a dose of 20mg in 9 volunteers. The pharmacokinstic parameters of sub-lingual and conventional tablet are: Ka = 7. 55,2. 08 h-1;Ke=0. 31h-1,0. 21; V/F = 0. 16,0. 29 ml/mg;Tpeak=1. 68,2. 27 h;Cmax=100. 05,58. 08 ng/ml respctively. The results showed that onset for sublingual tablet had a more rapid onset than conventional. The peak concentration of sublingual was higher than conventional tablet.
