目的 系统分析我国全程化药学服务的研究现状，揭示其研究热点与发展趋势，为推动医院药学高质量发展提供参考。方法 以“全程药学服务”为主题词，检索中国知网、万方数据库和维普网，检索时间为建库至2024年2月21日。利用VOSviewer1.6.11对核心作者及合作网络进行分析。利用CiteSpace 6.3.R1 Advanced进行研究机构合作分析、关键词共现、聚类、突现、时区和时间线图谱可视化分析。结果 共纳入文献682篇，年发文量呈稳定上升趋势，全国各地区发文量分布不均，以华东地区发文量居首。该研究领域的重要热点词汇为全程化药学服务、药学服务及临床药师，中心性分别为1.06、0.63、0.19。全程化药学服务发展经历了4个阶段：概念提出阶段、专科模式建立阶段、新媒体探索阶段、质量提升与规范化阶段。结论 建议制定一套完整的全程化药学服务实施路径与评价体系，明确工作职责和服务流程，建立科学合理的考核体系，以推动全程化药学服务的健康、高质量发展。

AIM To systematically analyze the research status of integrated pharmaceutical care in China, reveal its research hotspot and development trends, and provide a reference for promoting the high-quality development of hospital pharmacy. METHODS The China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), Wanfang Database, and VIP were retrieved with "integrated pharmaceutical care" as the subject words, with a search time range from database establishment to February 21, 2024. The core authors and collaborative networks were analyzed by VOSviewer 1.6.11. The research institution collaboration analysis, keyword co-occurrence, clustering, emergence, and visualization analysis of time zone and timeline maps were analyzed by CiteSpace 6.3.R1 Advanced. RESULTS A total of 682 articles were included. The annual publication volume showed a stable upward trend. The distribution of the number of publications in different regions was uneven. The eastern region of China had the highest number of publications. The centrality of "integrated pharmaceutical care", "pharmaceutical care", and "clinical pharmacists" was 1.06, 0.63, and 0.19, respectively, indicating their significance as hot topics in this research field. The development of fully integrated pharmaceutical care has gone through 4 stages: concept proposal stage, establishment of specialized models stage, exploration of new media stage, and quality improvement and standardization stage. CONCLUSION It is recommended to establish a complete implementation path and evaluation system for integrated pharmaceutical care, clarify work responsibility and service process, and establish a scientific and reasonable assessment system to promote the healthy and high-quality development of full process pharmaceutical care.
