针对“新医科”背景下临床药学教育中跨学科融合不足、实践能力评价薄弱等问题，南京医科大学药学院创新性地构建了《临床药物治疗学综合实践》课程。通过系统性融入全科医学、预防医学及康复医学的跨学科内容，并将多站式客观结构化临床考试深度整合到考核中，形成“学-练-考”一体化教学模式，有效强化了临床药学专业本科生跨学科协作与复杂用药的决策能力。学生对该课程的满意度较高。该课程的创新改革为临床药学教育改革提供了可推广路径。

In response to the challenges posed by insufficient interdisciplinary integration and assessment of weak practical skills in clinical pharmacy education under the "New Medical Education" framework, the School of Pharmacy at Nanjing Medical University has innovatively constructed the Comprehensive Practice of Clinical Pharmacotherapy course. This course systematically incorporates content from general practice, preventive medicine, and rehabilitation medicine, and deeply integrates a multi-station objective structured clinical examination(OSCE), forming a "learning-practiceassessment" integrated teaching model. This approach effectively strengthens students' abilities in interdisciplinary collaboration and in complex medication decision-making. Student satisfaction with the course is high. This innovative curriculum reform provides a replicable pathway for the advancement of clinical pharmacy education.
