<正>药物治疗对很多精神疾病有效,但由于个体差异,同一疾病的不同患者对同样的药物反应差别很大,临床医师了解这些差异,对临床台理用药非常重要.很多研究均证实,性别对许多精神药物的体内代谢都有一定程度的影响.1 药物吸收用利用药物的吸收率受药物本身的酸碱性和亲脂性及胃肠道生理功能状态的影响,与男性相比,女性胃酸分泌量减少,胃排空时间延长,因而药物吸收率与男性有一定差异.Wald等发现妇女在月经黄体期孕酮水平升高,药物转运时间明显延长;Horowitz等也发现女性在月经黄体期,小肠蠕动分泌减慢;Datz等认为非怀孕妇女胃肠排空减慢,这主要由于孕酮及雌二醇能抑制胃肠道蠕动,这些发现均说明性激素会影响药物的吸收.2 药物的分布和代谢
