报道多学科会诊（MDT）模式下1例妊娠期乳腺癌化疗患者的药学实践。患者，女性，31岁，因“发现左乳外上方肿块20 d”收治入院，行左侧乳房象限切除术+左侧乳房筋膜组织瓣成形术+左侧腋窝淋巴结清扫术（低位清扫），术后病理报告显示（左乳）乳腺浸润性导管癌。在MDT讨论中，临床药师根据循证医学证据，从化疗方案的选择、预处理策略以及药物不良反应发生后的方案调整等方面提出了明确建议，最终为患者确定了多西他赛注射液联合注射用环磷酰胺的化疗方案，并就多西他赛注射液的预处理方法进行循证与优化。经治疗，患者顺利完成了4个周期化疗，并于妊娠37周6 d经阴道顺产一活婴，母婴结局良好，状况稳定。
