报道1例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并腺病毒感染患者的药学实践过程。患者，男性，78岁，因“反复咳嗽、咳痰半月余”入院。入院后先后予比阿培南、头孢曲松钠等抗感染治疗药物，病情反复迁延，经肺泡灌洗液病原学宏基因组测序（mNGS）明确合并腺病毒感染后，加用更昔洛韦抗病毒治疗，患者预后良好。治疗过程中，临床药师全程开展药学监护，协助临床诊疗，为更昔洛韦治疗腺病毒感染的超说明书用药提供循证依据。
