目的 探讨BOPPPS教学模式在国家卫生健康委员会“紧缺人才—药师岗位培训项目”药学门诊培训中的应用效果，构建系统化的教学案例体系，提升药师岗位胜任能力。方法 以药学门诊的核心能力要求为导向，遵循真实性、典型性、复杂性和教学性原则，从临床实践中筛选并构建系列教学案例，以BOPPPS教学模式对案例进行系统化的教学设计，并以“经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后患者的个体化抗血小板治疗策略”案例为例，详细阐述教学设计的思路、内容和实施细节，并在药师岗位培训中利用上述案例进行教学。课程结束后，评估学员的岗位胜任能力及教学满意度。结果 在前测部分，90%学员的知识储备处于及格/不及格水平，其中40%处于不及格水平。经过BOPPPS教学模式系统性培训，20%学员达到优秀水平，80%学员达到良好水平。学员对教学形式认可、学习兴趣、知识获得及思维扩展都有100%的满分评价，在知识系统性和学习能力提升方面，80%学员给出了满分评价。结论 该研究构建的基于BOPPPS模式的药学门诊案例教学法，为“紧缺人才—药师岗位培训项目”药学门诊培训提供了一种结构化、可复制且深度契合临床实践的教学范式。

AIM To explore the application effectiveness of the BOPPPS teaching model in the pharmacy outpatient training of the "Shortage Talent-Pharmacist Position Training Program" under the National Health Commission, construct systematic teaching case systems, and enhance pharmacist position competency. METHODS In accordance with the core competency requirements for pharmacy outpatient clinic and in line with the principles of authenticity, typicality, complexity, and educational value, a series of teaching cases were screened and constructed from clinical practice. Systematic instructional design was conducted for the cases using the BOPPPS teaching model, with "Individualized antiplatelet therapy strategies for patients post-PCI" as an example to elaborate on the teaching design concepts, content, and implementation details. The above cases were used for teaching in a pharmacist position training. After the course completion, trainees' position competency and teaching satisfaction were evaluated. RESULTS Before training, 90% of trainees had poor to mediocre knowledge reserves; of these, 40% fell below the passing standard. After systematic training using the BOPPPS teaching model, 20% of trainees achieved excellent levels and 80% achieved good levels. In terms of teaching format recognition, learning interest, knowledge acquisition, and thinking expansion, 100% of trainees rated 10 points(full score). In terms of knowledge systematization and learning ability improvement, 80% of trainees rated 10 points(full score). CONCLUSION The BOPPPS-based pharmacy outpatient case teaching method explored and constructed in this study provides a structured, replicable, and clinically integrated teaching paradigm for the pharmacy outpatient training of the "Shortage Talent-Pharmacist Position Training Program".
