盐酸二甲双胍及其制剂的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):
<正>盐酸二甲双胍是治疗糖尿病的双胍类降糖药,目前,二甲双胍已被认为是胰岛素增敏剂之一,可有效降低血糖,改善胰岛素抵抗。与胰岛素和磺脲类降糖药相比,它对超重糖尿病患者可强化血糖控制,且不增加低血糖的发生,也不增加体重,还可降低大小血管并发症的发生率。英国前瞻性糖尿病研究表明,盐酸二甲双胍可作为治疗2型糖尿病的一线用药。我们就近年来对盐酸二甲双胍药理作用及其制
