维生素D抗肿瘤作用的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):
维生素D属于脂溶性的类固醇衍生物,1,25(OH)2D3是其主要的活性形式。维生素D主要通过与其受体结合而发挥生物学功能。近年来,越来越多的相关研究显示,除了影响钙磷代谢外,1,25(OH)2D3还对乳腺癌、肺癌等具有抗肿瘤作用。对于不同肿瘤,其作用机制不同。随着对维生素D及其类似物的进一步研究,发现它在肿瘤的防治方面具有其独特性作用。现针对维生素D对白血病、肝癌、胃癌、乳腺癌、鳞状细胞癌、肺癌、子宫内膜癌、结直肠癌、卵巢癌、前列腺癌等的抗肿瘤作用进行概述。
