MTT法和双琼脂MTT法测肿瘤药敏及其临床应用CLINICAL USEFULNESS OF CHEMOSENSITIVITY TESTING USING THE MTT METHOD AND DOUBLE-LAYER AGAROSE MTT METHOD

摘要(Abstract)：
本实验用MTT法测定了258例恶性肿瘤对17种常用抗癌药的体外敏感性,其中30例用MTT法和双琼脂MTT法同时测定,结果显示后者抑制率高于前者.有25例用MTT法测定的实体瘤可评价其近期疗效,其中11例药敏试验显示不敏感而临床化疗无效,另14例抗癌药体外敏感而临床化疗8例有效,抗癌药体外敏感性和临床疗效总符合率为80%.
